Everything you need to know before booking your wine tasting experience.

Booking Details

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

    This deposit is nonrefundable and confirms your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

    Payment may be made via:

    • Venmo

    • Zelle

    • Bank transfer

  • 14+ days before your event
    You may reschedule at no additional cost

    8–14 days before your event
    A $150 rescheduling fee will apply

    7 days or less before your event
    No changes or cancellations are permitted

  • Unless your package includes glassware, you will need to provide suitable wine glasses.

    We recommend:

    • One glass per guest per wine

    • Rental companies are available and affordable

    Todd can provide recommendations if needed.

  • While not required, light food is recommended during your tasting.

    Todd can suggest food pairings based on your wine selection to enhance the experience.

  • Events outside of New York City may include a travel fee.

  • All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
