Our packages are designed to fit a wide range of occasions, whether you’re hosting at home, in a private office, or at an event space.

By focusing on the unique needs of each group, Urban Pour Tastings ensures that every session leaves guests with new knowledge, confidence, and a deeper appreciation for wine.

    The Standard: $500

    This option includes an initial phone call with Todd to discuss wine choices. After the initial consultation, the more in-depth Personalized Wine Selection will take place in order to finalize your wine choices. Wine Purchase is included (see Package Details below). Todd will lead the Tasting for one hour and then can either continue the tasting for the second hour or be available to answer questions and discuss anything else wine related.

    The Magnum: $600

    Includes everything in the Standard Package, plus Tasting Materials to elevate your experience. After an initial call with Todd to discuss wine options, you'll refine your selection through a Personalized Wine Consultation. Wine Purchase is included (see Package Details below). Todd will lead a one-hour tasting, with the option to extend the tasting or answer questions and discuss anything else wine related for an additional hour.

    The Balthazar: $700

    Everything in The Magnum Package, plus Tasting Glasses for the perfect pour. Todd will provide the appropriate glassware to enhance your tasting experience. As always, you'll start with a Personalized Wine Consultation, followed by a one-hour guided tasting with the option to extend or chat about all things wine for another hour. Wine Purchase included (see Package Details below).

    21+ Wine Basics Package

    $700 for 1–5 attendees · $800 for 6–10 attendees · 11+ pricing available upon request. Become comfortable with wine in both social and professional settings. This two-hour guided tasting, led by Todd, includes all wine selections, focused lessons on ordering, pairing, and tasting with confidence, plus etiquette insights tailored for corporate and social occasions. Available as private 1:1 sessions as well. Makes a great gift.

All packages include an initial phone call (or email exchange) with Todd to discuss your preferences, goals and any specific requirements you have for your tasting.

This conversation allows us to understand your needs and customize the right experience for you and your guests. Our packages are flexible, and if none of them quite meet your needs, simply reach out to us, we’ll be happy to customize the experience to suit you.

Depending on the package you choose, your experience will include some or all of the following:

Personalized Wine Selection:

Based on your preferences, event theme or preferred wine styles, Todd will curate a selection of wines that perfectly matches your tastes and the atmosphere you want to create. Whether you’re looking for reds, whites, bubbles, dessert wines or a mix of all four, Todd will choose (in consultation with you and within your budget) a selection that is just right for your event.

Wine Purchase:

We take care of sourcing and buying the wines for you, ensuring that each bottle meets your specifications and arrives on time. No need to worry about dealing with a wine store or delivery, we’ve got it covered. If you prefer, Todd can buy from your favorite retailer. The cost of the wine and delivery fee, if any, will be added to the cost of your package.

Tasting Materials:

No need to take photos of the bottles you loved or jot down notes. Todd will create tasting materials for your wines, including information about the producer, place of origin and notes about each wine’s aromatic and flavor profiles. And for an additional fee, your materials can be personalized with your artwork, images and customized layout features (fee subject to the degree of customization).

Tasting Glasses:

To enhance the tasting experience, we will provide high-quality wine glasses tailored to the wines being sampled, ensuring each pour is presented at its best.

The Tasting:

Todd will lead your two-hour tasting, sharing insights into each wine’s origins, characteristics and ideal pairings. You’ll learn about the winemaking process, the history of the regions associated with your wines, explore flavor profiles and enjoy an interactive discussion throughout the event.
